SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. This does not affect orders already confirmed and paid for, which are fulfilled at the price agreed upon at the time of ordering.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return and Refund Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.
SECTION 7 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown and charged in your local currency (USD, CAD, AUD, NZD or GBP). Shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom is free, with no minimum order amount.
The accepted payment methods and payment terms are detailed in our Payment Policy.
SECTION 8 - DELIVERY
From this version of our store we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Processing takes 0 to 3 business days and transit takes 3 to 7 business days. The total delivery time is 3 to 16 business days, including processing.
During busy periods transit can take longer than 7 business days without exceeding this total. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 9 - CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, or an exchange for a different size or colour of the same item. Customers in the United Kingdom also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery; our 30-day period extends this right.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the return has been received and inspected, in the currency you paid.

SECTION 10 - STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country. In particular:
- United Kingdom: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Our 30-day return period extends this right. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
- Australia: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- New Zealand: nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- United States and Canada: nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state, province or territory.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties and your use of them is at your own risk.
Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content. Any complaints regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.

We are under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence, to pay compensation, or to respond to any comments.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order), by notifying you and providing a full refund.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by either you or us. Obligations incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement.
SECTION 19 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
