Currency

Prices are shown and charged in your local currency: USD in the United States, CAD in Canada, AUD in Australia, NZD in New Zealand and GBP in the United Kingdom. No extra fees are added at checkout: shipping is free.

When you are charged

The amount for your order is charged at the time of payment confirmation, not upon shipment. You will immediately receive a confirmation email summarizing your order.

Payment security

Our site uses an SSL encrypted connection across all pages. Your credit card details are transmitted directly to our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant.

In case of payment failure

If your payment is declined, no order is recorded and no amount is charged. Check the information entered, your card's spending limit, and its expiration date, then try again. If the problem persists, email us at support@elvianestudio.fr and we will help you finalize your order.

Sometimes a temporary authorization may appear on your statement after a declined payment. This is not a charge: this authorization is automatically released by your bank within a few business days.

Refunds

Any refund will be issued to the payment method used when placing the order. Terms and timelines are detailed in our return and refund policy.
