Cancellation Form
At Elviane Studio you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Customers in the United Kingdom also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; our 30-day period extends this and is always the one that applies.
You do not have to give a reason for your decision and no penalty applies.

Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund is issued within 7 business days, in the currency you paid, to the payment method used for the order.
Return shipping costs
The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you. Please write to us before sending anything so we can give you the exact return instructions.
You are responsible for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. All conditions are in our return and refund policy.
